Job description

Location : IT Park, Cebu City

Work Setup : Onsite

Start Date : September 1, 2025

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound calls and assist clients with transfer agency services such as shareholder transactions, account updates, and fund transfers.
  • Provide high-quality customer service in alignment with financial compliance and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including financial advisors, portfolio managers, and estate planning teams to address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support team leads and managers by identifying common client concerns and recommending solutions to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Senior High School graduate or Higher
  • With At least 6 Months BPO Experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite and in a fast-paced setup

    • What We Offer :

  • Basic Salary : ₱21,500 – ₱24,000 (based on Experience) + ₱20,000 Sign on Bonus
  • Complexity Allowance : ₱2,500
  • Rice Allowance : ₱2,000
  • HMO on Day 1 + 2 FREE Dependents (up to 80 years old)
