Job Description :
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with banking policies
- Lead and manage branch staff to meet performance targets
- Develop local marketing strategies and build client relationships
- Monitor financial transactions, loan processing, and customer service quality
Qualifications :
Salary Range : ₱30,000–₱35,000
Location : ROXAS
Schedule : Mondays–Fridays, 8 : 15 AM to 5 : 00 PM
