Required Skills & Experience :

・Bachelor' degree holder

・Proven experience in both marketing and sales management roles, preferably in Finance Service industry.

・Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes.

・Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align marketing and sales efforts.

・Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description :

Campaign Planning & Execution :

・Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, offline) to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.

Market Research & Analysis :

・Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Brand Management :

・Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning in all marketing materials and communications.

Content Creation & Management :

・Oversee the development of marketing content (e.g., blog posts, ads, brochures) and manage content calendars to align with campaigns and product launches.

Marketing Performance Analysis :

・Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and optimize them based on data-driven insights.

Sales Team Development :

・Recruit, train, and manage a highly motivated sales team, ensuring clear role responsibilities and targets.

Sales Target Achievement :

・Ensure that the sales team meets or exceeds set revenue and market share targets.

KPI Management :

・Set, monitor, and adjust key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Cross-Functional Alignment :

・Ensure marketing strategies and sales execution are fully aligned to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Integrated Strategy Development :

・Develop and implement an integrated marketing and sales strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives.

Partnerships & Networking :

Identify and foster partnerships and networking opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance business growth.

Budget Management :

・Manage the marketing and sales budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with priority business goals.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :

・Utilize the CRM system to manage and analyze customer data, maximizing the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
