Our Enterprise Data Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Full Stack Analytics Engineer .

In this role you will design, build, and maintain the full stack of analytics delivery, from data transformation and modeling to dashboards and BI products that generate actionable insights across the enterprise. You will ensure seamless integration of pipelines, models, and visualizations, with responsibilities ranging from junior support in data preparation to executive-level leadership in solution architecture and best practices.

What the role will entail

• Build robust, reusable, and well-documented data models using dbt and SQL
• Develop, optimize, and monitor ETL / ELT workflows from source systems to semantic layers
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI to drive business insights and decision-making
• Collaborate with business units to translate analytic requirements into effective technical solutions
• Implement version control, testing, and documentation practices to ensure quality and consistency of analytics assets
• Integrate and optimize analytics platforms with Databricks and other cloud data solutions for scalability and performance
• Contribute to data governance, metadata enrichment, and enterprise-wide analytics initiatives as needed
