Virtual Rockstar is seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Liaison to join our client’s dedicated physical therapy team in New Hampshire. This remote role is essential for enhancing patient experience, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining the efficiency of our practice.

They specialize in joint manipulations, dry needling, diagnostic ultrasound, and cold laser treatments, all delivered through personalized 1 : 1 care with 40-minute individualized treatment sessions. Responsibilities :
Confirm patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
Follow up with patients post-session and send personalized exercise and treatment plans
Respond to frequently asked questions and handle appointment rescheduling
Manage referrals from other healthcare providers and coordinate with medical staff
Send appointment reminders and maintain a waitlist for appointments
Generate and send invoices while maintaining electronic medical records
Answer calls and assist patients virtually, providing clear information and support
Prepare documents and manage email correspondence
Perform data entry and generate basic reports
Greet patients and provide directions within the facility as needed (if applicable)
Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in a healthcare or patient support role is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Nextiva phones, Prompt EMR, WelcomeWare (or similar virtual kiosks), and Google Chat is a plus
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting

Requirements
Previous experience in a medical administrative role (medical assistant, medical receptionist, or similar) is preferred. Familiarity with WebPT EMR and Therabill for patient payment posting is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using virtual communication tools. Knowledge of insurance verification and pre-authorizations is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive patient experience.
