Strong communication skills
Preferably with experience in Amadeus and / or Sabre
Client consultation : Meet with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, budgets, and desires.
Booking and reservations : Arrange and book flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation using booking systems.
Itinerary creation : Develop customized travel itineraries, suggesting appropriate destinations, activities, and routes.
Destination expertise : Provide advice on destinations, including local customs, weather, regulations, and potential attractions.
Vendor relations : Collaborate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other suppliers to secure optimal arrangements and competitive rates.
Customer service : Handle inquiries, complaints, cancellations, and modifications, and provide support before, during, and after travel.
Financial management : Collect payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate financial and client records.
Logistics management : Advise on and assist with travel requirements such as visas, passports, and vaccinations.
Sales and targets : Meet sales goals by promoting travel packages and upselling relevant services like insurance.
Market research : Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry changes to provide informed recommendations.
