Job descriptionManage employee relations concerns, grievances, and counseling sessions in coordination with stakeholders Ensure compliance with labor laws including DOLE audits Oversee and implement disciplinary actions, investigations, and documentation of administrative cases Review and update HR-related policies, procedures, and employment contracts to ensure legal compliance Coordinate and represent management in labor-related conferences and internal hearings Develop and implement programs that promote positive employee relations and organizational growth
Skills and requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any related course
- With 2 years of experience in handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee counseling
- With 2 years of experience in employee and labor relations
- With 2 years of experience in notice of decision and notice to explain
- Willing to work in Pasay City
