Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 7+ years of experience in macOS architecture and enterprise administration Proven expertise in creating macOS imaging and upgrade workflows using Jamf Pro Deep knowledge of Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager, including deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or AppleScript for automation and tooling Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior staff Experience managing Entra ID-joined macOS devices in enterprise environments Knowledge of macOS security technologies and hardening best practices Familiarity with cloud platforms and alternative database systems Experience supporting environments with 15,000+ endpoints
