The Role

Were looking for a skilled Technical Writer to create clear user-friendly help center documentation for a growing B2B SaaS this role youll turn complex product workflows into easy-to-follow articles FAQs and guides that help customers succeed independently.

Youll work closely with product and engineering teams test workflows firsthand and ensure documentation stays accurate as the product evolves. Your work will directly reduce support tickets and improve the customer experience.

What Youll Do :

• Write edit and maintain help center articles FAQs and step-by-step guides
• Independently explore and test product features to document real user workflows
• Translate technical and product requirements into clear customer-friendly language
• Update screenshots visuals and references to reflect ongoing product changes
• Audit existing documentation to identify gaps inconsistencies or outdated content
• Partner with product engineering and support teams to validate accuracy
• Ensure documentation follows established style structure and best practices
• Support documentation needs for new feature launches and product updates
