What You’ll Do

Are you a creative person who loves a challenge? Solve the complex puzzles you’ve been dreaming of as our Sales Representative. If you have a passion for innovation in tech, we want you on our team! Thrive in this crucial role. We are growing our sales team and therefore looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with strong business insight and exceptional sales ability to join our direct sales team as Sales Representative in the direct sales team. To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multi-task, and be capable to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the full sales life cycle. If you have proven experience prospecting and exceeding quota — we want you!

As a Sales Representative, you will :

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive business growth and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Build and maintain a balanced pipeline that supports both short-term wins and long-term growth.
  • Lead multi-channel demand generation initiatives, including outbound prospecting, social selling, digital engagement, and large-scale marketing campaigns. Orchestrate internal and external resources to ensure strong pipeline generation in alignment with targets.
  • Engage prospective customers through virtual, telephone, and — where required — face-to-face interactions. Consult and position Oracle’s applications and services to lower mid-market businesses (revenue
  • Maintain high forecast accuracy supported by rigorous account coverage, structured deal management, and well-defined win plans. Use CRM and internal systems effectively to manage opportunities, pipeline stages, and forecast health.
  • Strategically leverage and coordinate internal and external resources — including Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Marketing, Industry Specialists, and Leadership — to enable effective go-to-market execution and exceed quota objectives.

  • Hunter mentality with demonstrated success building pipeline, progressing pipeline and wining deals; Be able to think Short – Mid- Long term Market Development.
  • Tenacious and extremely results driven. You want to be at the top of the leader board and hate losing. We are looking for quota killer, not quota achievers;
  • Be capable and Experienced selling to C-level executives and senior management at lower mid-market-sized accounts; Be able to lead strategic discussion with C level leaders.
  • Be eager to acquiring / applying industry expertise successfully in sales cycles; and continue learner.
  • Someone who has been recognized for their performance and received additional responsibilities and / or promotions;
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Mature Emotional Quality, be able to take stress and handle tough case.
  • You care about creating success for your customer and promote them into happy and reference able clients.
