Job description :
1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and solutions.
2. Solutions-Based Sales
Assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams for proposals and presentations.
Position the company as a trusted solutions partner.
3. Business Development
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Network at industry events and client meetings to create opportunities.
4. Sales Process & Closing
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Work with design and project teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
Provide sales forecasts and feedback to management.
Maintain accurate documentation of proposals and communications.
