In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in overseeing and facilitating the outbound logistics operations of HelloFresh and contribute to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Oversee and Facilitate Outbound Operations : Coordinate and track the entire outbound logistics process, ensuring the successful, timely delivery of all customer orders.
• Drive Cross-Functional Communication : Serve as the primary liaison between the outbound team, customer care team, couriers, and 3PLs to ensure seamless operations and proactively inform customers of any delivery changes.
• Build and Maintain Strong Carrier Relationships : Effectively communicate with external partners (couriers and 3PLs) to foster strong working relationships and collaborate on innovative, effective solutions for live, high-pressure logistics issues (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, immediate delivery recovery).
• Monitor and Track Delivery Excellence : Continuously monitor all deliveries from dispatch until arrival, providing real-time updates to all involved cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure Process Compliance : Enforce adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) among all internal stakeholders and external carriers to guarantee consistency and quality in the delivery process.
• Provide Direct Customer Support : Proactively communicate with customers via phone to confirm delivery details, update them on statuses, and quickly resolve any delivery-related queries or amendments.
• Support Carrier Management : Assist UK carrier managers by compiling, organizing, and transmitting required reports to external carriers.
• Analyze and Report on Performance : Coordinate the organization and creation of daily and weekly reports to identify trends, highlight outstanding errors, and propose actionable suggestions for continuous process improvement.
