Job descriptionOversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth workflow. Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team (4–5 direct reports). Drive sales growth by developing strategies to achieve branch revenue targets. Build and maintain strong customer and intermediary relationships. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Identify risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement corrective measures.
Skills and requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any related course
- With 3 years of experience in branch operations management
- With 3 years of experience in sales and business development
- With 3 years of experience in customer relationship management
- With 3 years of experience in financial and risk management
- Willing to work in Wack Wack, Mandaluyong
