QUALIFICATIONS :
・Japanese language proficiency (spoken & written) – business level
・At least 3 years of experience in HR (Supervisor level or higher)
・Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws
・Experience in Japanese companies or interpreting for Japanese managers
Job Summary :
We are looking for a professional and attentive Interpreter & HR Supervisor who can support communication between Japanese managers and Filipino staff, and also manage HR tasks. This is a dual-role job : interpreter and HR leader.
Interpreter Responsibilities :
・Assist Japanese managers in meetings, training, and site visits
・Translate documents, announcements, and training materials (Japanese ⇆ , English / Tagalog)
・Help prepare bilingual reports and letters for HR
HR Supervisor Responsibilities :
・Handle recruitment and employee onboarding
・Ensure labor law compliance and proper employee relations
・Promote high-performance culture and staff development
・Lead training programs and employee engagement
・Coordinate improvement plans with company management
