Job description

Apt Resources is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, organizing schedules, and maintaining administrative systems, all while contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities :

  • Attend to client inquiries
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate office activities and events
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to team members

Requirements

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role - However we welcome freshers as well

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

High school diploma required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus

Benefits

Php 11,000 to 15000 - depending on experience
