Finance Manager – Job Qualifications

We are seeking a qualified Finance Manager to lead our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria :

Basic Requirements :

Gender : Female applicants preferred

Age : Not older than 50 years old

Location : Must reside within Metro Manila

Work Schedule : Willing to work onsite in Western Bicutan, Taguig from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Professional Qualifications :

Proven experience in finance, accounting, or related fields

Background in logistics and storage operations is highly desirable

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of 5 direct reports

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance

Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the Accounting Department

Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to company policies

Collaborate with logistics and storage teams to align financial strategies

Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff
