AU Service Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role

  • As the Service Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for ticket management, scheduling, and daily operations. You’ll make sure the tech team runs like a well-oiled machine—by getting the right jobs to the right people at the right time.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assign support tickets and ensure they meet documentation / process standards.
  • Track ticket progress, resolve delays, and manage stale tickets.
  • Book tech jobs and keep the calendar humming.
  • Communicate with clients—schedule jobs, share updates, get feedback.
  • Lead daily team huddles to check availability and assign priorities.
  • Flag outdated documentation and arrange tech reviews.
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years in service coordination, dispatch, or help desk support.
  • Experience with ticketing tools like ConnectWise or similar.
  • Familiarity with IT teams or MSPs is a big plus.
  • You’ve juggled calendars, workflows, and client updates like a pro.
