About the Role
- As the Service Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for ticket management, scheduling, and daily operations. You’ll make sure the tech team runs like a well-oiled machine—by getting the right jobs to the right people at the right time.
Your Key Responsibilities
Assign support tickets and ensure they meet documentation / process standards.Track ticket progress, resolve delays, and manage stale tickets.Book tech jobs and keep the calendar humming.Communicate with clients—schedule jobs, share updates, get feedback.Lead daily team huddles to check availability and assign priorities.Flag outdated documentation and arrange tech reviews.Requirements
