Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Years of Experience : at least 2-3 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and / or Technology field
  • Proven experience in system implementation
  • Experience in change management, organizational development, and / or business process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge in change management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • High level of empathy and understanding of the human side of change.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage

OVERVIEW

DOES

  • As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring successful transitions and transformations within the organization.
  • Your primary responsibility will be end-to-end change management - impact analysis, planning, analyzing, designing and implementing the change while ensuring adoption. Scope covers impact to organization, culture and business processes, including training.

  • Change Impact Assessment :
  • ○Conduct change impact assessments to understand the effects of proposed changes on various teams and individuals.

    ○Develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges.

  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement :
  • ○Create clear and compelling communication materials to inform employees about upcoming changes.

    ○Engage stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.

    ○Ensuring communication throughout the change cycle is managed and implemented.

  • Training and Development :
  • ○Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes, systems, or organizational structures.

  • Change Implementation :
  • ○Facilitate the execution of change initiatives, ensuring that timelines are met, and desired outcomes are achieved.

    ○Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful implementation.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting :
  • ○Analyze data and feedback related to change initiatives.

    ○Prepare regular reports to track the progress of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

  • Culture of Change :
  • ○Cultivate a culture of adaptability and resilience within the organization. Advocate for the importance of embracing change as a means of driving growth and innovation.
