Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate (Fresher / Entry-Level) who is eager to learn and grow in the Learning & Development (L&D) and coaching sector. You will support the business development team in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and positioning our solutions to organizations seeking impactful coaching programs. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about sales, HR, or learning & development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential enterprise clients.

Support the team in building relationships with HR leaders, L&D professionals, and decision-makers.

Learn to develop sales strategies and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

Work with internal teams to help create proposals and client solutions.

Participate in client presentations, demos, and workshops alongside senior team members.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Stay curious and updated about trends in L&D, coaching, and corporate learning.

Required Qualifications

Recent graduate (Bachelor’s / Master’s) in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in sales, business development, HR, or corporate learning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.

(Prior internship or exposure to sales, HR, or L&D will be a plus but not mandatory.)
