Dialysis Sales Representative

JOB OPENING : Dialysis Sales Representative Department : Sales Reports to : General Manager & President Job Location : Field-based (See priority and additional areas below) Work Schedule : Monday to Friday | 40 hours / week Salary : PHP 20,000 basic salary Plus : Transportation (gas, toll), and food reimbursement Job Summary : The Dialysis Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of dialysis-related products, such as hemodialysis machines, consumables, and other medical equipment. The role requires fieldwork, active client engagement, territory development, and close coordination with management to meet sales targets and grow business partnerships within assigned regions. Qualifications : -College graduate of any Business-related course -Must have sales experience in healthcare, particularly dialysis or medical devices -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Background in hemodialysis equipment is a strong advantage -Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated -Proven track record in achieving sales goals Duties and Responsibilities : -Territory & Sales Development -Prepare weekly sales itinerary and daily post-call reports -Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet set targets -Identify and develop key customer accounts and establish strong relationships -Understand competitor activities and market trends -Sales & Client Relationship -Promote focus products and solutions to clients through field visits and presentations -Establish and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups and support -Provide expert product knowledge and sales support -Recommend profit-improving and service-enhancing solutions to clients -Reporting & Strategy -Attend sales team meetings twice a day for alignment and updates -Continuously analyze territory performance and recommend marketing strategies -Provide market insights and feedback to management -Other duties as may be assigned by management -Duties and responsibilities are subject to revisions based on service needs Territory Coverage : -Priority Sales Areas : Manila and Rizal -Cavite and Lower Laguna Additional Areas : -Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Albay -Nueva Ecija, Nueva Vizcaya -Isabela, Quirino, Ifugao, Cagayan -Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, Abra
