About the Role :
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate will plan, develop, and implement effective social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support business growth. This role requires hands-on execution, creativity, and the ability to thrive as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace. The Social Media Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Reels, etc.)
- Create and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely posting and alignment with brand guidelines
- Conduct social media audits and provide performance reports with actionable insights
- Content Creation & Management
- Create, edit, and publish engaging and visually appealing content tailored to each platform
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media, integrating them into campaigns
- Community Engagement
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and manage customer interactions to foster a strong community
- Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and KOLs to amplify reach and collaboration opportunities
- Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) to evaluate performance
- Adjust strategies and campaigns based on analytics, trends, and audience insights
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Reels Ads), including budgeting, targeting, and optimization
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fieldProven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in e-commerce, gaming, or related industriesHands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and social media performance measurementStrong copywriting skills, creativity, and storytelling abilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordinglyExperience managing social media ad campaigns across major platformsMust be willing to work onsite, Monday–Friday, in BGC, Taguig CityComfortable working directly with the COO and independently as an individual contributor in a multicultural environmentPreferred Skills :
Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)Basic video editing skills for Reels / TikTok contentExperience in influencer marketing and brand collaborationsUnderstanding of branding principles and content strategyAbility to stay ahead of social media trends and implement innovative strategiesCandidates with attached CV and relevant experience will be considered for a phone interview.
