Residential Site Engineer

Site Engineer Requirements :

• Bachelor degrees in CIVIL Engineering with Lic
• 3 years of experience in High-end residential
• 5 years of experience in construction
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes is crucial for effective decision-making and problem-solving.
• Must have strong Leadership and Communication
• Problem-Solving Abilities
• Organizational Skills
• Must be experienced in Safety and Regulatory Compliance
• Software Proficiency
• COSH Certificate is an advantage
• Experienced in handling a project from pre-con to post-construction
