Work with Application Development to embed documentation standards (design, runbooks, SOPs) early in development.
Define knowledge management requirements (templates, taxonomy, version control).
Identify knowledge gaps in both Application Development and Support capability and build or source training solutions.
Validate and manage all transition documentation from App Dev to Operations / Support
Maintain a central repository of transition artifacts (accessible, version-controlled).
Ensure documentation quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, shadowing, and readiness checks.
Monitor and report on documentation quality and training effectiveness.
