Training & Development Manager (F&B Industry)

QUALIFICATIONS :

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Training Manager
• Background in the Food Industry (Restaurant, Fast Food, Cafes, Bistro, etc.)
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective training programs
• Knowledge of both traditional and modern training approaches (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time efficiently
• Strong skills in report writing and record keeping
• Proficient in computer and database systems
• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, human resources, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
• Willingness to work extended hours or days, including Sundays and holidays, when required
