Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or
related field
Professional Certifications (if any) :
CompTIA A+ / Network+
CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent
Cybersecurity certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH) – an advantage
Experience (years / months) : At least 2 years of relevant IT support or systems / network administration
experience
Skills Required : Familiar with Hardware Troubleshooting (Computers, NAS, CCTV installations)
Network architecture and planning
Wifi troubleshooting and Wifi network planning
IT security (cybersecurity)
Ability to train employees in program usage and system procedures

Willing to travel to branch sites when needed
Physically fit to handle IT hardware installation and setup
Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
Provide troubleshooting and repair of computer hardware, NAS storage, and CCTV systems.
Design, implement, and maintain network architecture and connectivity across all company sites.
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks to ensure optimal performance.
Implement and monitor IT security measures, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
Conduct employee training sessions for newly implemented systems, applications, or tools.
Document IT processes, incident reports, and technical solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and system maintenance.
Support the IT Department in planning and executing IT-related projects.
Ensure data backup, recovery procedures, and system updates are in place.
Provide technical support to employees both onsite and remotely
