Job descriptionCreate visual concepts using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or encourage the audience to positively respond to a campaign. Edit recorded raw files into an output ready for posting. Develop overall layout and production design for social media, advertisements, brochures, etc. Utilize AI tools for video prompting, image generation, and creative design enhancements. Incorporate changes recommended by clients or the Project Manager. Ensure all outputs align with the project brief before client submission. Stay updated with emerging design & AI tools and be open to exploring new software / platforms. Perform other duties as assigned. Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar). Skilled in using AI tools such (e.g., Sora, Midjourney, Canva AI Tools, Adobe Firefly, DALL E 3). Experienced in intermediate photo and layout editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator). Excellent taste in design. Strong foundation in graphic design principles, including layout, design, and typography. Knowledge of both digital and print formatting requirements. Ability to work productively with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Positive attitude towards feedback, revisions, and collaboration. Hardware : Windows OS : 10 and above. Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature. Webcam. Internet connection : Wired; minimum of 30 Mbps DL and 10 Mbps UL Software : Microsoft Office, PDF reader, Anydesk, Zoom, Discord Permanent work-from-home. Full-Time and Long-Term Employment. Basic Salary + Government-mandated benefits, Health benefits, leaves, bonuses, and other incentives. Opportunity for regularization and promotion. US and Canadian clients. Shift : Graveyard Monday to Friday. Assessment Period : 5 Days.
