About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Tax Manager who’s passionate about delivering exceptional tax work and enjoys taking on broader accounting projects during the off‑season to stay engaged and keep making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage tax compliance, tax planning, and tax strategy services for clients.
  • Lead and mentor the tax team, providing technical expertise and guidance on complex tax matters.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Review and approve tax filings, returns, and other compliance-related documents for individuals, businesses, and partnerships.
  • Stay current on federal, state, and local tax laws and changes, ensuring the firm’s tax practices remain compliant and forward‑thinking.
  • Drive business development by identifying new client opportunities and expanding services with existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with other senior leadership on firm‑wide strategies and client service initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team during the off‑season to support financial reporting, process improvements, and special projects that strengthen overall firm operations.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • CPA license is required
  • 5+ years of tax experience in a CPA firm.
  • Expertise in individual, corporate, and partnership tax filings.
  • Proven experience managing complex tax strategies and multiple clients.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ambition to grow within a firm and pursue partnership in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
