- Drive company-wide performance : Support growth objectives — increasing client count, expanding partnership deals, improving retention, and scaling MRR.
- Own accountability : Hold team members responsible for deliverables, deadlines, and measurable results. Ensure every department is aligned, reporting clearly, and following through. Knowing every detail of all given projects at any given moment, and serve as the “go-to” for all other members.
- Own Meetings : Schedule and lead all necessary meetings, create and run the agendas, capture and distribute all notes; ensure meetings are maximally productive in minimal time.
- Assign, track, and report : Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Manage project progress inside Coda , ensuring every task is properly delegated, updated, and completed on schedule. Delegating project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Lead operational clarity : Create visibility across all active projects by maintaining dashboards, tracking milestones, and generating weekly performance reports. Knowing what to expect, what to do next, and how to keep teammates focused and productive
- Systemize the business : Build and manage SOPs for marketing and operations processes to ensure scalability and continuity across all roles and departments.
- Manage tools and workflows : Oversee and optimize our operational stack, including Coda , Slack , Google Drive , Maropost / Klaviyo , Google Analytics , and others as necessary.
- Accountable for implementation : Collaborate with creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns, funnel builds, and client deliverables. Have mastery in and be the “bottom line” for all tasks required to carry out digital marketing projects.
