Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Solutions Analyst who will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that data-driven solutions, automation, and process improvements are effectively designed and implemented. This role combines business analysis skills (requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management) with technical expertise in Power BI , SQL , and Power Automate to deliver insights and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Mapping

Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design future state process maps.

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.

Support change management and adoption of new solutions.

Data Analysis & Visualization

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide real-time, actionable insights.

Build optimized data models and use DAX and Power Query for advanced calculations.

Collaborate with business units to design dashboards that support decision-making.

Automation & Workflow Optimization

Design and deploy workflow automations using Power Automate (cloud and desktop) .

Automate manual tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Integrate automation solutions with applications, databases, and reporting tools.

SQL & Data Management

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from relational databases.

Partner with IT / data teams to design data pipelines that feed into BI and automation solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance policies.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring alignment on requirements and outcomes.

Provide training and support to business teams adopting new dashboards or workflows.

Identify opportunities for ongoing automation, analytics, and process improvements.

Must-Haves

Proven experience as a Business Analyst , Data Analyst , or Business Solutions Specialist .

Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).

Proficiency in SQL for querying, reporting, and data transformation.

Experience with Power Automate (cloud and desktop) for workflow automation.

Strong skills in process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools).

Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of SDLC and Agile principles.

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with Power Apps or other low-code application platforms.

Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Background in change management and business transformation projects .

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
