Overview

Lead day-to-day controllership, treasury, and statutory compliance across JV companies (OFW / Seafarer lending; motorcycle financing; microfinance and jewelry). Own the monthly close, schedules, and financial statement integrity; ensure timely disbursements and complete collections posting; and drive a strong control environment. Partner with the Finance Business Partner (FBP) on funding, risk, and performance to enable disciplined growth.
