Job description

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant (Operations & Customer Support) to help keep operations running smoothly across support, fulfillment, and content coordination. You’ll handle customer communication, manage store operations through Shopify and Skio, and assist with administrative and personal support tasks for the team.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and enjoys working across different areas of a fast-moving consumer brand.

What You’ll Work On

Customer Support

  • Manage and respond to customer emails and support tickets with accuracy and empathy
  • Track recurring issues, escalate technical or fulfillment problems when needed
  • Maintain consistent response times and ensure all interactions align with brand tone
  • Monitor product reviews and feedback for insights and improvement opportunities
  • Shopify & Skio Operations

  • Oversee basic Shopify and Skio management, including orders, subscriptions, and customer data
  • Coordinate with logistics or fulfillment partners to ensure smooth delivery
  • Audit product listings, pages, and inventory for accuracy
  • Support testing and documentation of system updates or improvements
  • Operations & Administration

  • Assist with general admin tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and file organization
  • Communicate with external vendors and partners when needed
  • Track expenses, invoices, or shipment reports
  • Support founders with occasional personal or project-related tasks
  • Content Coordination

  • Help organize and publish simple marketing or content assets (email drafts, blog posts, or social updates)
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across channels
  • What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in virtual assistance, operations, or customer support
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Skio, or other e-commerce platforms
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent task management
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Comfortable working across admin, support, and light creative coordination tasks
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with DTC (direct-to-consumer) or wellness brands
  • Familiarity with tools like Gorgias, Notion, or Airtable
  • Understanding of subscription management or retention workflows
  • Previous exposure to marketing or content scheduling systems
