Job descriptionPerform comprehensive financial management duties, including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the company's financial health. Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments, including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures. Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards, and assist with cash flow forecasting. Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances. Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts. Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors on financial issues for an amicable resolution of differences. Create strategic business plans based on analyzing the company’s current status and financial forecasts. Manage multiple companies within the group, collaborating closely with the rest of the finance team. Review government compliance and improve company policies to ensure all regulations are met. Ensure the financial aspects of company contracts are enforced. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or any relevant course. Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software. Must have an in-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures. Must have a strong accounting background. Strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and planning skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Time-management abilities. Team player. High standard of confidentiality.
