Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Focus)
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with business goalsManage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)Build talent pipelines for key positions and future hiring needsPartner with department heads to forecast manpower requirementsExecute recruitment marketing initiatives including social media, job fairs, and campus partnershipsImprove applicant tracking systems and recruitment KPIsEnsure compliance with labor laws in employment practicesLead employer branding initiatives to attract top talentEmployee Relations & Labor Compliance
Foster a healthy employee-employer relationship through proactive engagementServe as the primary contact for conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary proceduresEnsure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulationsRepresent the company in labor-related hearings and negotiations, if necessaryConduct exit interviews and provide insights for retention improvementLearning & Development
