Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• Bank Relations Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to optimize financing opportunities and manage cash flow effectively.
• Fund Management : Oversee the management of funds, ensuring appropriate allocation and utilization to meet the companys financial goals.
• Financial Planning and Analysis : Lead the financial planning process, providing insights and analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
• Financial Reporting and Compliance : Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Strategic Financial Management : Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support the companys growth and sustainability.
• Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate financial information and insights to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Risk Management : Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the companys financial health and stability.
