Search Engine Support Representative

Location : Clark, Pampanga

Salary : ₱20,000 + Performance Incentive (up to $500 / month)

Role Overview :

Search Engine Support Representative - help users have a seamless search experience. You will respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain data integrity while working in a dynamic, global BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist users with search engine-related questions and technical concerns

Provide accurate and relevant product or service information

Perform data entry, system updates, and maintain information accuracy

Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate as needed

Ensure high-quality service delivery in compliance with performance standards

Qualifications :

Graduate : At least 6 months Customer Care Experience (CCE) or Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience

Undergraduate : At least 1 year Customer Service Representative (CSR) or TSR experience

Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office applications

English proficiency at B2 CEFR level

Typing speed : 32 WPM

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
