The Role
Revop is looking for a driven Lead Generation & Sales Development Executive to fuel our growth across the Philippines, Australia, and APAC. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through a blend of marketing-led outbound, sales development outreach, and campaign execution.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps — perfect for someone who understands modern Martech, AI-powered marketing, and B2B SaaS sales motions.
Key Responsibilities
- Help create branded content and adverts
- Build and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, sequences, enrichment tools).
- Create targeted prospect lists using platforms like Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar.
- Support marketing in running lead gen initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, and content distribution.
- Collaborate to optimise messaging, landing pages, and nurturing workflows.
- Track campaign performance and continuously improve lead quality.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and messaging.
- Conduct discovery conversations and assess prospect fit.
- Set high-quality meetings for the Business Development and leadership
- Maintain clean CRM data and document all activity.
- Follow structured cadences for prospecting and lead follow-up
Skills & Experience
1–4 years’ experience in Sales Development (SDR / BDR) or Marketing-led Lead Generation .Background in MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, digital marketing, or agency environments is a major advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Hands-on experience with tools such as : LinkedIn Sales Navigato / Lusha / HubSpotEmail & automation tools e.g., Dotdigital,Understanding of modern digital marketing, advertising, and AI-driven marketing tools.Highly organised, KPI-driven, and motivated to hit outreach and meeting targets.Competitive salary + performance bonus.Career growth into Business Development Manager or Marketing managerWork with leading-edge AI-driven marketing intelligence and activation platforms.Training, certification sponsorship, and partner platform enablement.Seniority level
