Billing Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Billing Associate is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and issuing accurate Billing to clients in a timely manner. This role ensures that all billing data is complete and accurate, and that all client requirements are met. The Billing Associate works closely with internal teams such as operations HR Timekeeper, Accounting / Finance, and especially to the client, to resolve discrepancies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare and issue client billing / invoices based on contract terms and billing schedules.
• Validates billing data (timekeeping, summary, dtr's attachment, topsheet) to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients to resolve billing issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of billing activities and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific billing requirements.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed.
• Update billing systems and ensure data integrity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
