Responsibilities :

Manage travel bookings, inquiries, and changes with precision and care.
Provide detailed information about travel options, rates, and itineraries.
Process reservations, cancellations, and adjustments efficiently.
Resolve travel-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and customer interactions.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries and complaints

Knowledge of travel products and destinations, including flight routes, hotel chains, and rental car companies

Familiarity with travel booking systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt to changing customer needs and priorities
