Planning Engineer

Job Summary :

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that construction activities are executed efficiently and in line with project timelines. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively to achieve project goals.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is an advantage but not required
• With 2–3 years of relevant experience in project planning
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Willing to travel and be assigned in various project locations, particularly in Alabang
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Can work with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
• Result-oriented, systematic, and highly organized
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career in the construction industry
