What is a Blended Account (90% Non-Voice)?

You will mostly handle :

• Chat support
• Email support
• Back-office tasks
• System navigation and documentation

Minimal inbound / outbound calls (around 10%) when needed.

This is ideal if you :

• Prefer typing over calling
• Want less stressful voice exposure
• Want to improve communication skills gradually

Qualifications :

• At least SHS Graduate (K12) or HS Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• With or without BPO experience
• Basic English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in IBEX Parañaque
• Willing to work shifting schedule
