Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin & Compliance Officer to provide comprehensive administrative, documentation, and compliance support across all regions. This role focuses on maintaining accurate client and staff records, supporting onboarding / offboarding processes, coordinating documentation with families and coordinators, and ensuring the organisation is audit-ready at all times. You will work closely with the Workforce Operations Coordinator (Operations / HR / Rostering) to maintain strong internal controls and smooth operational flow.

Requirements
Experience in administrative, compliance, or quality assurance roles (NDIS / health sector preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to organise high volumes of data and manage deadlines Familiarity with digital record-keeping systems and audit processes Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
