Job descriptionSupervise and monitor daily operations of customer service and support teams. Ensure team adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards. Manage staffing and scheduling for 24 / 7 operations, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts. Handle escalated customer and operational issues promptly and efficiently. Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, coaching, and training as necessary. Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. Oversee daily operational activities to ensure targets and KPIs are met Supervise and coach team members for consistent performance improvement Analyze operational reports and identify areas for process enhancement Coordinate with management to implement best practices and efficiency strategies
Position Summary :
