Inventory Clerk

The Inventory Associate is responsible for overseeing inventory levels at third-party logistics (3PL) providers and ensuring that the inventory is tracked accurately based on the companys requirements and transactions. This role involves close coordination with 3PL teams to resolve issues monitor performance and ensure stock levels are accurate.

Shift Schedule : Night Shift 8 PM to 5 PM

Inventory Management :

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across 3PL facilities.
• Work with the 3PL provider to ensure that stock is properly received stored and tracked in the warehouse.
• Regularly reconcile physical inventory with digital records identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

Required Skills :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years in inventory management supply chain warehouse operations or a related field preferably in a 3PL environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP data analysis). Ability to analyze inventory data identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Strong accuracy in tracking reconciling and reporting inventory levels. Ability to manage multiple inventory tasks track shipments and maintain records efficiently. Required skills : Organization Analytical Communication and Attention to detail. Willing to work on-site in Carmona Cavite.
