Warehouse Assistant

Job Description :

• Maintain and control the proper storage location of all items
• Checks proper inventory labeling to ensure identification, traceability, and accessibility.
• Observe proper implementation of First-In-First-Out procedure.
• Assist in monitoring proper inventory movement (incoming shipment and outgoing transaction) through the given Inventory List file from Superior.
• Assist in unloading and checking of incoming shipments and make sure that any discrepancy is on-time reported to Superior.
• Assist in maintaining and controlling inventory through weekly cycle counts for fast-moving items. - Assist in preventing and reconciling inventory discrepancies
• Assist in Preparation and checking of items subject to delivery.
• Assist in monitoring demo unit's (outgoing and return of goods).
• Ensures cleanliness in the storage area at all times
• Sees to it that stocks placed in a temporary location inside the office are safe from any potential harm or damage.
• Performs other related duties that are assigned by the Management from time to time Assist in Preparation of orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational instruction given.
• Open packages, crates, and other containers.
• Assist in counting of physical inventory
• Packing on outgoing merchandise and goods.
• Wear the proper safety equipment when instructed. Physical demands and abilities :
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and ta hear - Regularly lift and / or move objects 1.0-50lbs.
• Occasionally help and assist on lift / move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs wherein he load may be assisted or seek assistance by others with use of trolly or lifter. - Required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl when necessary.
