The Role
As a Dealer and Broker Sales Channel Head, you will be responsible for the growth and profitability of the Bank’s Auto Loans business through the development of competitive products and generation of business from auto dealers, brokers and sales agents with the objective of meeting targets. Reports directly to the Head of Secured Lending Division.
How you'll contribute
- Responsible for profitably growing the Auto Loans portfolio through the acquisition of new clients through various auto dealers, brokers and sales agents with the objective of meeting targets.
- Co-manage the P&L of the business, to meet organizational profitability goals / metrics.
- Monitor performance of sales force via a sales management process that clearly maps the proper deployment of sales force, establishment of a standard sales approach and implementation of marketing activities in tapping the target market.
- Implement strategic and operational business plans in accordance with the growth requirements and risk appetite of the Bank.
- Recommends accounts for approval based on established guidelines and delegated authority.
- Recommends loan pricing based on acceptable profitability levels while maintaining market competitiveness.
- Oversees accreditation of auto dealers, deployment of sales officers, dealer coordinators and / or project hires.
- Design, develop and manage sales and marketing programs to support customer acquisitions through the dealer and broker channels, promote the loan product and maintain customer and partner relationships.
- Engage with marketing support for the development of new products or variants as well as enhancement in features of the existing products based on the feedback from the market and competition.
