Requirements :

College Graduate
CPA (Preference)
Preparation of Journal Entries
Balance Sheet
General Ledger Management
Account Reconciliation
Financial Reporting
Preparation of Invoices
Supports Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Close
Financial Analysis
Inventory Reporting
Good Communication Skills
Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files)

Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor inventory staff : This includes providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing team.

Oversee daily operations : This involves managing the flow of inventory, ensuring accurate data entry, and resolving any discrepancies.

Delegate tasks and manage schedules : This ensures efficient workflow and optimal resource allocation within the inventory team.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement : This involves identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
