Job descriptionPromotes the company through effective customer relations and goodwill activities. Ensure that new vehicle sales customers are contacted a week after delivery of the unit to ensure customer satisfaction with the overall dealership experience. Contact service customers for after service customers follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction with the services performed three days after the unit is released from the shop. Attends to customer inquiries and concerns and acts immediately and effectively to resolve the same. Assist the operating departments on issues requiring assistance and follow-up from / to the manufacturers. Performs internal audits on operating departments to ensure adherence to standards set forth by the manufacturers. Submits internal and external reportorial requirements on or before the set deadline. Assist the Service Department in promoting and implementing a service appointment system. Assist / Facilities in training conducted by the department. Assist in telemarketing various promos and events. Performs other duties that may be assigned as need arises.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing
- Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company
- Able to communicate and empathize with clients
- Preferably with experience in doing outbound telemarketing
- Fluent in English, Filipino, and local dialect
- Proficient with computer applications
- Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow-up
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Results-Oriented
