Parking Officer

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Parking Officer to oversee parking operations within our managed properties. The successful candidate will ensure parking rules are properly enforced, assist tenants and visitors, and help maintain smooth traffic flow in all designated areas.

• Monitor and manage parking areas within company-managed properties.
• Enforce parking rules and issue violation notices when necessary.
• Coordinate with property management and security personnel regarding parking concerns.
• Ensure all parking facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
