Responsible for co-ordinate welder performance Qualification test, welding procedures qualification test & preparing the welding procedure record(WPQR).

1.2 Witnessing the entire destructive and nondestructive testing requirement of welding procedure, as per code and standards, ASME Section IX,AWS D1.1

1.3 Provide training to the site personnel regarding implementation of the construction quality control program and training to the welders and welding supervisors as per approve welding procedure specification (WPS) Prior for the welders qualification test (WQT) and to be certified and accepted by the classification society ABS,LR,GL,BV and others.

1.4 Using FCAW, process 6G position uphill. Base material SPEC.ASTM A-106 Sched 80 carbon steel pipe, filler metals AWS5.2 E-71T-1(1.2mm ESAB)

1.5 Using SMAW, process 6G position uphill. Base API 5L sched. 80 carbon steel pipe, Filler metals AWS A5.1 E7018 (3.2mm ESAB)

1.6 Using GTAW, process 6G position uphill. Base material CuNi90 / 10 grade IPStd thickness 4mm filler metals AWS 5.7 ER-CuNi 2.4mm

1.7 Review Welder Qualified range with performance qualification test details, monitoring records and ensure that welders are following WPS

1.8 Ensure that any incomplete work or any malfunction as per much register are closed out and ready for commissioning as per project requirements

1.9 Leasing and coordinate with client, classifications surveyors and cross functional team members to meet quality requirements NDT,(UT, MT, PT, Vacuum Box Testing, Hardness Testing, (PMI,PWHT) Welding Inspection, Inspection of piping, pipeline, Tanks, Structural and material verification, including pressure testing, PWHT and pressure testing.
