Door Staff

A Door Staff stands guard at the store entrance, mainly to greet and assist customers based on Capital Standards. He should also participate in implementing safety and security protocols, looking out for suspicious activities, and overseeing the whole selling area while coordinating with the store staff. Moreover, a Door Staff assists customers by answering inquiries and leading them to the right sections, recommending merchandise, and overseeing transactions going in and out the store. He is also responsible in monitoring employees’ activities and report behaviors which are against TOP Values and misaligned with the Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
